The Menyra service
Menyra provides a web-based platform for hospitality businesses to create and manage digital menus, store information, QR access and related account, billing and operational features.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and maintaining control of the email address and external authentication accounts used to access Menyra.
Google sign-in may be used when enabled. External provider access does not transfer ownership of your Menyra account, and Menyra may require additional verification for sensitive account actions.
Trial and pricing
A new eligible account starts its 14-day trial when the first Store is created successfully. No payment card is required to begin.
- First store: €9.90 per month + VAT.
- Each additional store: +€4.90 per month + VAT.
- Annual billing is €99.00 for the first store and +€49.00 for each additional store, plus VAT.
Billing
Payments are processed through Stripe. Menyra may store Stripe customer, subscription, invoice and payment-method references needed to operate billing, but does not store complete payment card details.
Subscription status, renewal timing, scheduled billing-interval changes, cancellation state and access restrictions are determined by the billing state recorded by Menyra and confirmed through Stripe where applicable.
Customer content
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with content you submit, including menu text, prices, business information, images, translations and other store content.
You grant Menyra the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, resize, back up and deliver that content as part of the service.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Menyra, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
Menyra aims to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, security work, provider outages or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability. Product features may evolve as the service is improved.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, serious misuse, legal compliance, subscription enforcement or payment-related reasons. You may request account closure and personal-data deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.
Third-party services
Menyra integrates with third-party services such as Stripe and Google. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy notices.
Privacy and data protection
Use of Menyra is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Data deletion requests are described on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Menyra changes. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel.
