How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Menyra account and associated personal information, send an email to the legal contact shown on this page from the email address associated with your Menyra account.
- Use the subject: Menyra data deletion request.
- Include the email address of the Menyra account you want deleted.
- If necessary, include enough account or store information for Menyra to identify the correct account without sending passwords or authentication secrets.
Identity verification
Menyra may ask you to verify control of the account or registered email before acting on a deletion request. Never send your password, Google credentials, OAuth tokens or payment card details.
What deletion covers
After verification, Menyra will delete or anonymize personal information and account data that is no longer required to provide the service, subject to technical, security, accounting and legal retention obligations.
Public menu content associated only with the deleted account will no longer remain available through the account after the deletion process is completed.
Google sign-in data
Menyra stores the external provider identifier and limited profile information needed to maintain a Google account link. Menyra does not persist the temporary OAuth access token used during sign-in.
Deleting your Menyra account removes the Menyra-side external identity link as part of the deletion process. You may also revoke Menyra directly from your Google account settings.
Backups and required records
Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until normal backup retention expires. Certain billing, security or transaction records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
